J. Cole debuts “Legacy” visual within intimate tour vlog

J. Cole has quietly premiered the official video for “Legacy,” tucking it inside the latest installment of his ‘Trunk Sale’ vlog rather than rolling it out through traditional channels. The track appears on his newest album, The Fall Off, with the unconventional release fitting the hands-on, fan-first approach he’s embraced throughout this era.

The visual surfaces around the 2:50 mark of the vlog. It keeps things stripped down: Cole performs beside a polished convertible before climbing in and continuing the song from the driver’s seat. The understated setting leaves room for the lyrics to breathe, underscoring the reflective tone that runs through the album.

Just as suddenly as it begins, the video folds back into the vlog. Still dressed as he was in the performance clip, Cole meets supporters, signs CDs, and shares quick exchanges that feel personal and unfiltered. The ‘Trunk Sale’ concept itself has become a centerpiece of his rollout, with Cole selling physical copies of the album directly from his car in various cities — a move that has sparked online chatter while strengthening his bond with fans.

Cole is also set to embark on the Fall Off World Tour this summer, beginning July 11 in Charlotte, North Carolina and marking his return to major touring in support of the February release. For ticket information, head HERE.
